How To: Declare your Swimmer
Our goal is to have every Stingray swim in every meet, but we recognize that our swimmers may have other obligations throughout the season. Please let us know ASAP if you will be unable to attend a meet.
Note: If you do not declare, we will assume you are coming to the meet and will sign you up for events!
Declaring your meet attendance allows our coaches to set up fast and accurate meets.
Follow the steps below to learn how to declare your swimmer's attendance on our website.
Step 4
Each swimmer will have a dropdown menu next to their name. There are 3 options to choose from:
Undeclared - means we will assume your swimmer will be swimming at this meet. If you leave "undeclared" next to a swimmer, your coaches will assign them events and expect them at the meet.
Not attending this meet - means we will miss them dearly at this meet and hope to see your swimmers at the next one. Thank you for letting us know!
Attending this meet - We appreciate you letting us know your swimmer will be there and will see you at the meet! Go Stingrays!
Please choose one of the above options and click the "Save" button at the bottom.
You're all done!
Thank you for taking the time to declare your swimmer's attendance.
Once again, if you do not choose "Not attending this meet", we are expecting your swimmer at the meet!
If at the last minute your swimmer can't attend the meet due to injury, illness, or some other unforeseen circumstance, please reach out to Coach DC directly ASAP.
